Teenage Scottish Author's Stunning Debut Novel

15 year old Scottish author Callum Duffy recently launched his 90,000 word novel.

Callum, said, "Politicians don't always give people straight answers. This is a tale of three people trying to find and reveal the truth. It questions the very nature of democracy, as they get chased around the country by the power of the state. Will they find out what is going on and be able to reveal the truth?"

He continued, "The book was published just before Christmas and sales have been encouraging. More encouraging have been the fantastic feedbackCallum at his book launch and reviews I have been receiving. A couple of people have suggested that the book could be adapted into a screenplay. It is gratifying to know that people are enjoying the book so much."

Synopsis

During the run up to the Scottish independence referendum, the Yes campaign are leading. This drives the opposing No campaign to desperate measures, and they have to start inventing false truths in order to get their favoured result. When the political lies and spin reach an unbearable level, it falls to a retired MI5 agent, a jailed computer hacker and a schoolboy genius to expose the truth.
